The FC 27 Web App is live
It has been open since 16 September 2026 and you can log in now with your EA account, the same one you play on. The Companion App (iOS and Android) has been available since Thursday 17 September.

The EA Sports FC 27 Web App and the Companion App —what a lot of people still call the FIFA Web App— let you manage your Ultimate Team club without turning on a console, from a browser or from your phone. More importantly, they let you start playing FUT several days before everyone else.

EA’s servers are hammered in the first days and logging in can take a while or fail. It isn’t your fault: wait a few minutes and try again.
What you can do from the Web App
- Open your welcome packs and any reward packs
- Buy and sell on the transfer market
- Complete SBCs and claim the rewards
- Work through objectives
- Build squads and set tactics
- Manage your club: consumables, contracts, duplicates
What you cannot do is play matches. For that you need the console or PC.
What you need to get in
- An EA account with two-factor authentication enabled
- A FUT club created for the current season
- No active Ultimate Team sanctions on your account
- First FUT season? Create the club on console or PC before the Web App will let you in
Can’t get in? Check your EA account
Access problems are rarely the Web App’s fault — they are account problems. Check these in order:
- Log in to your account on ea.com and check the password still works.
- Check your two-factor setup: which email or phone receives the codes, and that you still have access. An old phone number is the most common reason people get locked out.
- Check your security question. If you have to recover it through support, that is not a five-minute job.
- Confirm the email on the account is one you still use.
- Use a supported browser: Chrome, Edge, Brave, Opera or Vivaldi. More in browsers.
Common problems
«You do not have a FUT club»
You haven’t created your club for the new season, or EA hasn’t migrated your account yet. Load Ultimate Team once on console or PC and it resolves.
The Web App won’t load or shows a blank screen
Try an incognito window, clear ea.com cookies and temporarily disable browser extensions. If it persists, you are in EA’s queue and waiting is the only fix.
The verification code never arrives
Check your spam folder; SMS slows down under heavy load. If the email or phone on the account is no longer yours, change it from your account settings.
The extension doesn’t work in the first days
It happens to every extension: each September EA rebuilds the Web App and extensions must be adapted. Make sure you have the latest NokaFut version from the Chrome Web Store.
What to do in the first hours
- Open your welcome packs and see what you have before selling anything.
- Sell, don’t buy. Prices are at their highest in the opening days: the best moment of the year to sell and the worst to buy.
- Do the objectives you can complete from the Web App.
- Check the welcome SBCs before you get rid of cards.
- Hold your duplicates until you’ve seen which SBCs land.
Mistakes that cost coins
- Buying your whole squad on day one. Prices drop over the first weeks.
- Quick-selling without checking the market. Buy-now prices sit well below what bids reach.
- Searching nonstop and getting a soft ban. EA limits actions per minute and locks the market for a while.
- Spending everything on the first SBC. A better one usually comes a few days later.
Get more out of it with NokaFut
EA’s Web App does the job, but it is thin on the repetitive parts. NokaFut is our free extension for the Web App: the NOK-AI SBC Solver, saved search filters, duplicates to SBC, an improved squad builder and keyboard shortcuts.
Frequently asked questions
Is this the same as the FIFA Web App?
Yes. The game was called FIFA up to FIFA 23; since 2023 it is EA Sports FC, after the deal between Electronic Arts and FIFA ended. Anyone searching for the FIFA 24, 25, 26 or 27 Web App is looking for the EA Sports FC one. Same tool, different name.
Is the Web App free?
Yes. You need an EA account and a FUT club. You do not need to own the game to use the Web App, only to play matches.
What is the difference between the Web App and the Companion App?
Same thing, different format. The Web App runs in a desktop browser; the Companion App is the iOS and Android app. The Web App usually opens a day earlier.
Is it worth getting in on day one?
Very much so. The market is unsettled, prices move hard, and there are welcome objectives with rewards. Anyone playing from the first hour reaches launch day with a noticeably better club.
Do I lose my club from last season?
Each season’s club is separate: in FC 27 you start fresh with a starter squad and welcome packs. What can carry over, when EA offers it, are rewards based on what you achieved the previous season.
What is a soft ban and how do I avoid one?
A temporary market lock EA applies when it detects too many actions in a short time. It lasts from minutes to hours. Leave gaps between searches and do not chain hundreds of actions without a break.
Note: NokaFut is a third-party tool. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to Electronic Arts. Using external tools on the Web App —and especially the automations in the paid tiers— goes against EA’s terms of service and may lead to penalties on your account. The decision to use it is yours.
