Squad builder NokaFut

The EA Web App squad builder throws in whatever it likes. That’s the problem: in a high-rated SBC it can easily burn that card from an expensive league you wanted to keep.

When you click “Use Squad Builder”, NokaFut opens an improved builder that lets you decide which cards it can use and which it can’t.

Options

• Rating: a minimum and maximum range. With 73-78 you only get players between those two ratings.
• Total players: if you want 11 instead of the default 23, tell it. The extra ones go to the bench unless you ignore positions.
• Same club: a cap per team. With 2, at most two from each club.
• Ignore position: adds players to the SBC regardless of the position they play.

Ignore groups of cards

This is the part that saves the most coins. Exclusions are saved when you accept, so you set them once and they apply to the next SBCs.

• Leagues: tick the leagues it must not take cards from. If you don’t want to spend Premier League or LaLiga players, select them and it won’t touch them.
• Nations: same, by nationality.
• Rarity: same, by card type: fodder specials, TOTW, whatever you want to keep out.

The typical case: you’re one or two players short of an SBC at a set rating and want them to come from your club without spending cards from a league that’s worth gold.

Tip: with Index Club done, the builder can pick from many more cards.

This is not the SBC Solver

They’re two different things that work well together:

• The squad builder (this page) fills the SBC on the fly, with the rules you give it.
• The NOK-AI SBC Solver finds the cheapest squad that meets every requirement of the challenge, using your cards and the market’s, and lets you choose between several solutions.

Both are built into the extension.
